For customers with services prior to 20th April 2015

Your webmail upgrade is now complete and we hope you are enjoying it.

We are in the process of closing down our older webmail page/system and as part of this process we want to make sure that you have everything you need. A good first step once you have logged in is to check to see if your contacts are in your address book and your calendar entries are in your calendar. If they are missing you can export them from the old interface in a few simple steps. Click here to read our guides on how to do this.

This will need to be carried out before 30th November 2015 as you will not be able to access the old interface after this date.

Legacy Webmail Access

We will continue to allow access to the older webmail system until the 30th November 2015 via this address:

A few points to consider...

  1. Once the migration is complete your email will be available in both the new and old webmail systems.
  2. On your designated move date, we will move all your contacts to the new system. Remember though, if you update your contacts after the move date in the old system the changes will NOT be migrated to the new one.
  3. The Legacy interface will be unsupported after the migration is complete. Customers are encouraged to access email via the new webmail interface.

Webmail Upgrade Coming Soon

The way your webmail looks is changing and it will now be brighter and fresher. And that's not all - it'll be easier to use and we'll make sure all of your emails, contacts and calendars are migrated across to the new system for you.

This change only affects customers who access their email via our webmail. If you use other email clients such as Microsoft Outlook or Office365 you will be unaffected by this change.

Why are we changing our webmail?

Our current webmail system is at the end of its usable life. It has served us well but we've decided that it is time to ring in the changes. Our new webmail platform is faster and is specifically designed for today's mobile world, delivering high performance across devices like tablets and smartphones.

What will change?

The main change is the way it looks. You will be able to do all the things you can currently, plus a whole lot more, and it will all be easier! All of your email, contacts and calendars will be available from the day we make the change.

When is it changing?

On your migration date we will copy across all of your existing data including emails, contacts and calendars. We will issue communication 48 hours before we plan to upgrade your account.

What do I need to do?

Nothing! We'll take care of the technical wizardry for you. All we would ask is that you find a few minutes to familiarise yourself with the new look and feel - and refer to our in-depth "how to" guides if you are unsure of anything. But don't worry too much if you don't have the time - the new system really is very intuitive and easy to use.

Can I continue to use the old version?

Our old version will continue to work for a while, but nothing lasts forever, so we will finally close this service by November 2015. If you continue to use the old version after you have been upgraded, you may find that you will not be able to synchronise contacts or calendars and this is something that we cannot do retrospectively.

Where do I login to webmail?

In exactly the same place as you do at moment.

What about my Contacts?

On your move day, we will move all of your contacts to the new system. Remember though, if you update your contacts after the move day in the old system the changes will NOT be migrated to the new one.


After your move date, we will not be able to synchronise your calendar entries from the old to the new system.
